Bovet Freres Military Chronograph in Steel & Chrome

A rare and fine Bovet Freres Military Two-Register Chronograph.
 
Chrome case, stainless steel snap-back case, 34mm diameter, flat pushers, downturned lugs. 
Case shows some signs of pitting.
 
Original brushed silver two-tone dial, with luminous arabic numerals,  in excellent condition.
Black print "Bovet" script below 12 o'clock, printed black outer seconds/minutes and blue tachymeter scales. 
Subsidiary chronograph minutes dial at 3 o'clock and subsidiary seconds dial at 9 o'clock.
 
Original blued steel needle hour and minutes hands with luminous infill.
Straight blued steel chronograph seconds hand.
 
Original unsigned crown.
 
Replacement plexiglass.
 
Bovet Freres & Cie signed Landeron 50 manual winding chronograph movement, serviced and in working order. The Chronograph operates with low amplitude.
 
Brand new Swedish leather band with steel buckle.
