A rare and fine Longines calatrava, reference 7135-2.
Stainless steel, snap back case, flat bezel, 35mm diameter, downturned lugs.
Case appears to maintain the original factory polish.
Original guilocce dial, applied silver arrow indexes and arabic numerals to quarters, in satisfactory condition.
Printed "Longines" above applied silver winged hourglass logo, below 12 o'clock.
Sub-seconds dial above 6 o'clock.
Original silver toned leaf hands.
Original unsigned Longines crown.
Longines Caliber 12.68Z manual winding movement, professionally serviced and in excellent order.
Brand new leather strap with steel buckle.
Accompanied by Longines "Extract from the Archives" confirming delivery of the watch to "Wirth, Switzerland", on 29 June 1954.
