A rare and fine Longines Automatic, reference 6488-1.
Stainless steel, snap back case, waterproof, flat bezel, 34mm diameter, downturned lugs.
Case appears to maintain the original factory polish.
Original two-tone white dial, tropical patina, applied gold arrow indexes with luminous plots, in good condition.
Printed "Longines" above applied gold winged hourglass logo, below 12 o'clock and "Automatic" print and sub-seconds dial above 6 o'clock.
Original gold toned dauphine hands with luminous infill.
Replacement crown.
Longines Caliber 22A Automatic winding movement, unserviced and in working order.
Brand new leather strap with steel buckle.
