A rare and fine Tudor by Rolex oversized rectangle tank, manual-wind, reference 889.
Chromium-plated metal case, snap back, Rolex Watch Co Ltd inscription, Art Deco stepped side profiling, 25.5 x 38.5mm, downturned lugs.
Case maintains the original factory finishing, with some pitting.
Original aged white dial with black printed arabic numerals and outer minutes track, in very good condition.
Printed "Tudor" with extended "T" logo below 12 o'clock and "H. Newman Jeweller" print above 6 o'clock. Subsidiary seconds dial also at 6 o'clock.
Original blued steel leaf hands.
Original winding crown.
Original crazed plexi crystal.
Tudor Calibre 59 manual winding movement, unserviced and in running order.
Brand New NATO strap with steel buckle.
